Return and refund policy

1. We warranty all our craftsmanship and work on our boards for 1 year, if there is a craftsmanship error, in a board that we made, we will exchange it for the exact same product.   To determine if you are eligible for an exchange, you must send us an email containing, name, date of purchase, item purchased, reason for request for exchange or claim along with photo documentation.  If you are granted an exchange, you are responsible for the return shipping of the product.  The claimed defective item must be returned to us in a timely manner from the original date of purchase and claim time.  We will NOT warranty, or guarantee any board that has been misused, abused, not maintained, left in standing water or liquid of any sort, submerged in any liquid, or washed in a dishwasher.  They are not dishwasher safe. 

2. Custom orders of any kind are not returnable. No exceptions. We cannot take any responsibility for and spelling errors that was given in placing the order, nor grammar errors, or flaws in design choices that you chose. We are also not responsible for any delays in shipping that may change your event or status for needing your custom item. (ex. your event has passed, and your item was not received in time therefore you don’t need it anymore, or you purchased a custom gift for your boyfriend and now you are no longer together) However, we will replace any item that was made incorrectly by us.

3.If you are requesting a custom item and would like a proof during the process please email us, We will do our best to create your request.
